Jambo And His Women

Jambo has got his way with the women :-). He's been well looked after. First by Tojo. Jambo was born at the Twycross Zoo in England. He has alopecia, a form of hair loss he had since his youth. He was born on the 9th of June 1982. His daughter Genet, a brown chimp with a bald back and his mother Coco (1965) are in the same habitat. Jambo's siblings from his father's side are William who was born on the 30th June 1982, Holly was born on the 27th of December 1982 and Jomar was born on the 28th of December 1990 all are in the same habit as Jambo. Jambo's first son Peter is in the next door enclosure. Jambo started to lose his ear in November 2018, which the staff believes happened accidentally, it got ripped by his mum in a group fight. Twycross zoo tried to glue it back on with skin glue, but unfortunately, as time went past he picked on it that much that he lost all of it. In 2018 The chimpanzees got their new "Chimpanzee Eden" habitat. A 1,160sqm area with two seven-meter-high indoor spaces which are linked to a large outdoor area complete with huge climbing frames and huts.

Cute Baby Elephants Mad Noisy Dash Towards Food

Is it food time?? Oh yes it is! The adorable baby elephant is running noisily through the enclose to get to the food that is hidden in a pile of sand. The calf runs all the way to the food trumpeting very loudly. This is one of the two rare asian baby elephants that was born in space of a month at the Chester Zoo in England. Update 26th October 2018: I'm sorry to have to tell you some very very sad news. The lovely and feisty Aayu and his big half sister Nandita have passed away on the 25th of October 2018 from the terrible Elephant disease. The (endotheliotropic herpesvirus (EEHV) which is carried by both captive and wild elephants is always been fatal, but Chester zoo still tried everything they could to save them, including blood transfusion. RIP little Aayu and Nandita! 😢 Thank you for all your heartfelt messages on the community tab! Chester Zoo Elephants: They are: Thi (born 24.04.1981), Sithami (born 31.12.1997) , Sundara ( born 07.03.2004), Nandita (born 20.08.2015-25.10.2018), Aayu ( born 18.01.2017- 25.10.2018), Indali (born 17.12.2016) and the new arrival Anjan ( born . 17th of May 2018 ) They also have Anjans dad Aung Bo (born 17.07.2001) and female Maya the oldest born 1966.

These are the hairless Chimpanzees from the Twycross zoo at Atherstone, England. Jambo and Mongo, a father and son duo suffer from alopecia, which is the general medical term for hair loss. In the background, you can hear someone asking the keeper about it and the keeper explaining the chimpanzee facts. The apes have a new chimpanzee habitat since 2018, you can see these on my new videos of Jambo. You can see all the muscle definitions of the two hairless chimps and begs the question: how strong are chimps? Chimpanzee strength is around 1.5 times greater than humans as they have fast-twitch muscle fibers. Chimpanzee's population is declining mostly through habitat loss.
