t's so good to see Kala spending time with her son Hasani who is full of energy.
As you might know from previous videos, baby gorilla Hasani had to be hand-reared for a while as his Mother Kala couldn't look after her baby. A very skinny Hasani got bottled fed by the staff for a few months until he was strong enough to be able to go back to the troop, but Kala his mum was just not interested. As Kera showed some interest the staff trained her to look after the baby. Both Kera and Kala now share babysitting duties.
