via IFTTT *Today a new mini-series from the Leipzig Zoo Gorillas. What an amazing Zoo Leipzig is. The great apes Chimpanzees, bonobos, gorillas and orangutans had their own area which is called Pongoland.* Also, I've done a #shorts video of the gorilla. There is a title with a little play button, if you click that you'll see the full video or related video Pongoland, the largest ape enclosure of its kind globally, opened its doors to the public in April 2001. This facility accommodates chimpanzees, bonobos, gorillas, and orangutans—essentially all great apes except humans. Within Pongoland lies the Wolfgang Köhler Primate Research Center, where researchers from the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology in Leipzig carry out studies on the behaviour, perception, and communication of these apes. He was born on May 5th 1999 at the Royal Rotterdam Zoological Gardens. Then we've got Kumili she was born on January 23rd 2004 in the UK at Chessington World of Adventures & Zoo. Her daughter Diara was born on March 11th 2014 at Zoo Leipzig and her son Kio was born on December 6th 2017 Zoo Leipzig. Mother Kibara was born on January 13th 2004 at Zoo Leipzig. You might have seen her mother before on the channel she's called Viringika and is in Port Lymphe UK. I'll put a link at the at as well. Kibara's daughter Kianga was born on December 4th 2016 at Zoo Leipzig. Unfortunately, there will only be two more videos from Leipzig Zoo Gorillas as I didn't get a lot of footage in the short visit I had.
