via IFTTT Gorilla Lope just found his lunch scattered across his bachelor pad and walking upright, decided to inspect his options. Opting for the leaves, stripping it easily off the branch. It's challenging for me to capture footage of Lope the mischievous gorilla now that he's in quarantine, as he can't go outside. My glimpses are brief, usually during feeding time. I'm not sure how long is left now until his quarantine is over and he's moving to a different Zoo. I think it is time now, for Lope to meet his new family and start his new life. I hate seeing him all closed in there, not being able to go outside. He ventures to the adjacent space, systematically removing leaves from the branch. At the back, there's more food—I suspect oats retrieved from a piece of fire hose using a stick. Upon returning to the initial room, he indulges in a quick yawn, showcasing his impressive canines. A close-up of his face captures another yawn before he settles for a nap in the rear.
