via IFTTT *Today is the last video from Chessington Zoo in the UK. Showing Gorilla Aarde. Gorilla baby Aaarde (M) was born on April 24th 2022.* Poor little fellow definitely has a stiff finger. He had it when I first started filming the family, so I'm not sure how this happened. I do hope it's something that heals and won't stay like Kera's finger from Bristol Zoo. He's holding on to Mum's back while she's foraging for her food. A few more close-ups of her baby. As hinted before, this troop was the furthest away from all the gorilla troops I have ever filmed. They have a baby gorilla as well who is about the same age as Aarde, but a lot more independent already. Next Thursday at 2pm UTC+1.
